Can you believe Christmas is over?! It's my absolute favourite time of year so its always a little sad to see it come to an end. However this time in between Christmas and New Years is great for prepping for the year ahead and taking some time to do some all important self-care (I'm thinking sofa, blanket, movie and chocolate... heaven!).
