Farewell January, hello February! I've always loved using printable calendars but this year, given my new found free time, decided to make my own and share them with you! Each month's calendar will be different and I'll be sharing them at the beginning of every month, so if you like this be sure to follow along on instagram, bloglovin or to subscribe by email so that you don't miss the next one.
Much like January's calendar, I had a lot of fun using my new Sakura Pigma brush pens for this months lettering, but decided to mix things up a bit and use colouring pencils for the succulent illustrations. I haven't used colouring pencils in such a long time and it made me realise just how underrated they are - you can create such great dimensional illustrations with them and I really enjoyed layering up different colours to create the exact colour I wanted. In fact, I loved how it turned out so much that I've uploaded it to my Society6 store where you can purchase your own print of it, or an accessory with it printed on. This throw pillow is definitely my fave!
To get your own, simply download the PDF below and print it out onto thick paper or card. Next, use a hole punch to make a hole in the middle of the top and use this to hang your calendar on your wall. Alternatively, grab some washi tape and use it on each corner to stick to your wall. Simple!
